Registered with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain, we have a contract with Nottingham City Primary Care Trust to provide a full pharmaceutical service. This means that you can trust that we are a caring pharmacy dedicated to providing the best healthcare service and advice to all our customers and that there is always a qualified pharmacist present to give professional advice.

• Dispensing - of all NHS and private prescriptions with fully labelled containers, including any warnings about the medications they contain. With our large inventory and the professional backup of two leading pharmaceutical wholesalers we are able to fulfill the majority of prescriptions "same day".
• Medication Records - All dispensed medication is recorded on patient records allowing our team to check the safety of all prescribed medication as well as providing advice on any self-medication.
• Supply Appliances - such as catheters, colostomy and illeostomy products and dressings.
• Truss and Hosiery - measurement and fittings.
• Counselling - on all medications dispensed and purchased in a friendly and private consultation area.
• Consultations - Discrete and free provided by trained medical counter assistants and a qualified pharmacist at all times.

Other services include:

• FREE Prescription Collection Service - our service is flexible giving you freedom to choose how to order your prescriptions - we'll have them ready for you within 3-4 working days after you have placed your order
• Free Medicines Checks - a private and confidential service that enables you to discuss your medication with a pharmacist to ensure you obtain the best from your medicines.  You will receive a copy of the discussion and so will your GP.
• Minor Ailments - We also participate in the "Pharmacy First" scheme which means we can offer you free advice and medication for minor ailments such as earaches, headlice, toothache, fevers, sore throats and general aches and pain. The "Pharmacy First" scheme helps to free up GP appointment times for more serious illnesses and is open to all patients over three months old and registered with a GP in the Nottingham area. The free supply is for those patients who normally get their prescribed medication free of charge.
• Smoking Cessation - If you're trying to stop smoking we can supply free nicotine replacement medicines such as nicotine patches and chewing gum under the "New Leaf" scheme operating in Nottingham.
• FREE Weight Management Service - we offer free weekly support and advice alongside a personal weight management plan
• Sexual Health Services - free morning after pill, free condoms (with c-card), chlamydia screening, pregnancy testing (to elegible patients)
